2. Tokenz is a brand in online gifting for last 5 years, among one of the most secured gifting site in the world. The materials used and displayed on Tokenz, including, but not limited to, photographs, text, illustrations, artwork, names, trademarks and logos, considered under the property of Tokenz itself. No one can copy, reproduce, display, transfer, license, republish, upload or download the material for commercial or any other specific use without the legal permission of Tokenz. These conditions are fixed for everyone and violation of this will be considered under the violation of copyright act.

3. In any circumstances, Tokenz shall not liable for any damages, loss of data that occurred due to the use of or inability to use the products/services offered on site.

Notwithstanding any or all of the Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers stated herein above and in FAQ or elsewhere in the site, any refund or payment by Tokenz to the user or anyone else acting on his behalf for any reason whatsoever, voluntarily or on being claimed by any user shall not become a waiver of any or all of the Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers made and shall not become a precedent for similar future actions/claims or confer any rights on the claimant. 2. Tokenz does not claim and provide any warranty to all the products that are available on Tokenz that these are perfectly right and errorless or any assurance to remove the fault.

Price

1. Prices of the products displayed on the site are subjected to change anytime without any prior notice; it comes under the full control of Tokenz.

2. Prices of the products displayed with the product do not include the shipping cost.

3. Prices are displayed in US $, Tokenz charges the order in Indian Rupees (INR).

Perishable Products

1. In case of perishable products like Mithai/chocolate/Cakes/Flowers etc. delivery would be attempted only and only once. If during this attempt due to any reason like refusal by the receiver to accept, wrong address, incomplete address, non-availability of recipient at his/her address, address is locked, customer will be charged.

2. Perishable products especially flower arrangements may be different in shape and size from the picture displayed on the site as these are hand made items.

Order

1. Any request for cancellation of the order after it is processed or shipped shall not be fulfilled.

2. Tokenz provides you the facility to deliver your order on a particular date. We will deliver your gift on the specified date provided it gives us a minimum of six working days after securing your payment.
